Rita Selles is an experienced and trained baker. From her mother’s kitchen in Ontario to her years spent in France to her home in Grand Rapids, Michigan today, Rita has always loved discovering new recipes and developing old classics. In 2017, Rita graduated from the Secchia Institute of Culinary Education where she was the Baking and Pastry Arts Valedictorian and the recipient of the Faculty Award. Rita is delighted to share with you quality classic and international desserts.
